Founded in 2024 by Dustin Geiger — a 2010 MLB Draft pick by the Chicago Cubs who played 10 professional seasons — NPA was built to put player development first. By combining elite baseball training with the flexibility of virtual and homeschool education, NPA gives athletes the freedom to grow on and off the field.

Since taking the field in 2025, the Knights have committed to one mission: prepare every player for the next level of baseball — and for life beyond it.

## Training Program (10 Months)

**Monday / Wednesday / Friday:**
- Coaches' plan of the day
- Dynamic warm-up and stretch
- Structured throwing program
- Position-specific work and team defense
- Hitting development
- Strength training (led by Head Strength Coach Roc Galindo)

**Tuesday:** Pitching development under Pitching Coach Sean Gallagher

**Thursday:** Small-group hitting sessions for individualized instruction

**Fall Fridays:** Scrimmages for live game application

**Spring:** 35+ game Varsity season against NAA Conference, UIL, and TAPPS opponents

## Coaching Staff

1. **Dustin Geiger** — Founder & Head Coach
   - 2010 MLB Draft pick by the Chicago Cubs
   - 10-year professional career (Cubs org, Marlins org, Mexican Summer League, American Association)

2. **Kyle Froemke** — Assistant Coach (Hitting & Infield)
   - Played for Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers
   - Signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers, 3 years in minor league system
   - Returned to Oregon State as assistant coach

3. **Sean Gallagher** — Pitching Coordinator
   - Drafted in 12th round out of high school
   - 13-year professional career as a pitcher
   - 5 years in the Major Leagues

4. **Steven Rivas** — Assistant Coach
   - 36th round, 2017 MLB Draft by the LA Angels (Etiwanda HS, Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
   - Collegiate career: Long Beach State, College of Southern Nevada, University of Houston
   - Set single-season RBI record with Rocky Mountain Vibes (Pioneer League, 2024), 31 home runs

5. **Rocky "Roc" Galindo** — Strength Coach
   - 18+ years developing athletes (youth through professional)
   - Certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CPT, Pn1 Nutrition Coaching
   - 10+ years working with Austin-area athletes

## Sponsorship Tiers

All sponsorship funds are distributed to players on an as-need basis to offset dues, and used toward field fees, field equipment, facility and staff costs. The team sponsorship banner is displayed at team-sanctioned fundraising events as allowed by host venue.
